Established in 2001, consultants at Housing Vision have over 25 years' experience delivering research projects for clients throughout the housing sector.  We combine advanced research skills with policy formulation and practical application to develop solutions tailor-made to your needs.

We work throughout the country, especially in areas undergoing housing market change.  Consequently, we have provided intelligence-based services to a wide range of specialist projects, from Growth Areas to Housing Market Pathfinders.

We regularly participate in masterplanning to determine the housing options appropriate to new or redeveloped areas, ranging from developments of a few homes to several thousand units.  A further specialism is to assess the affordability of housing and to develop policies and products in the 'intermediate' market sector.

Our methods range from desk-based analysis and GIS mapping to all forms of direct consultation and policy evaluation and review.
